Return Process

2. Approval

We will review your request and confirm return eligibility within 24 hours.

3. Pickup

We will arrange free product pickup from your address within Kuwait.

4. Inspection & Refund

After receiving the product and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact us and we will help you choose a suitable replacement. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions.

• The product can be exchanged for another item of the same value or a higher value (with payment of the price difference).
• If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
• Exchange is available only once per order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it immediately or issue a full refund without any additional fees.

Important Notes

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
